This project is to provide construction services involving excavation and off site disposal of contaminated soil within the site’s boundaries, followed by import and placement of clean backfill material at the site and final restoration. Supply Arrangement EQ447-222370 will be used to solicit bids. Only bidders that are pre-qualified in the Supply Arrangement may bid on this requirement.
