Renovation of an educational facility in New Castle, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.
** As of November 11, 2025. Project has not yet been awarded and a timeline for award has not yet been established ** Replacement of sections of roofing at New Castle High School as detailed in the Contract Documents. Bids must be properly and completely executed on Indiana State Board of Accounts, Form 96, Revised 2013, with supplementary bid forms, and include a Non-Collusion Affidavit and the Bidder's Financial Statement. Bidders must include a bid bond or certified check in the amount of 10% of the bid price. Awarded bidder(s) must provide a Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, with all bond and insurance costs included in the bid amount. A signed and completed Non-Discrimination Affidavit (or MBE-1) must also be provided. Each bid envelope must be individually marked with "Roofing Bid: New Castle Community School Corporation, (New Castle High School)," indicating the Roofing Contractor's name and Project Number. Bids must be effective for 60 days and must be submitted as original plus two complete copies. Faxed or emailed bids will not be accepted. Work under this contract can commence upon June 1st, 2026, and must be completed by August 7th, 2026. The contract will be awarded to the best responsible qualified bidder(s). The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, is not obligated to accept the lowest or any bid, and may waive any formalities in the bidding procedure.
