The work will primarily involve reinstating sidewalks that have been removed by other City branches, with the overall objective to repair these open utility cuts and ensure they are safe for pedestrians. The major areas of work include removal and replacement of sidewalks, pedestrian ramps, crossings, curbs and gutters, private driveways and walkways; repairs to concrete as described in the specifications; asphalt pavement overlay (gutter patching); traffic accommodations; and quality control.
