Editorial Content Team is actively seeking updated information" The Government is cancelling this Invitation for Bid (IFB) in accordance with Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul (RFO) [1] 14.305, Cancellation of Invitations After Opening. The work consists of repairing or extending existing storm water outfalls along the Atlantic Ocean coastline of Absecon Island, including the municipalities of Atlantic City, Ventnor City, Margate City, and Longport Borough. The Base Bid includes repair or extension of existing storm water outfalls and drainage structures, including pipe support systems, pile driving, and demolition of existing pipe support systems. Various Options, if awarded, include additional outfall repairs and construction of pedestrian, vehicle, and ADA-compliant accessways across the boardwalk and dunes within and outside of the Base Bid areas. Work may also include relocation or removal of existing structures and placement of additional fill to support the repairs and new construction. Amendment 0001 incorporates answers to RFIs, updates DFARS clause 252.236-7001 and FAR provision 52.252-3, and adjusts the period of performance from 275 to 305 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. The solicitation closing date is corrected to March 30, 2026, at 1300.
