Capital High School Site Improvements Early Utility Package The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informality or irregularity, and award a contract that is deemed in the best interest of the Owner. Bids for separate work packages must be on the bid form enclosed in the bid documents and accompanied by a certified or cashier's check on an Idaho Bank, or bid bond, with Idaho State Licensed Surety Company as surety, in an amount not less than 5% of the total bid made payable to: Independent School District of Boise. This security shall be forfeited by the bidder in event of failure to sign the contract or furnish the required Payment and Performance Bond. Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of (100%) of the Contract amount will be required within (10) days after receipt of a properly prepared agreement between the Owner and the Contractor.
