Description Notice is hereby given that the Placer County Water Agency (hereinafter referred to as "PCWA" or "Agency") has determined that all General Contractors bidding on the upcoming Hell Hole Reservoir Boat Ramp Parking and Worker Campground Improvement Projects ("Project") at Hell Hole Reservoir must be pre-qualified prior to submitting a Bid on the Project. It is mandatory that all General Contractors who intend to submit a Bid for this project ("Prospective Bidders"), fully complete the Statements of Pre-Qualifications package for General Contractors ("G-SOPQ" or "SOPQ"), provide all materials requested herein, attend the mandatory site walk, and be pre-qualified by the Agency to be on the final qualified Bidder's list. The final list of pre-qualified General Contractors will be stated in the project Bid Documents. Delivery Information STATEMENTS OF PRE-QUALIFICATIONS: Prospective Bidders interested in submitting bids on the Project must be pre-qualified by submitting a General Contractor Statement of Pre-Qualifications package in the form provided by the Agency. SOPQ packages shall be submitted in sealed envelopes marked "Confidential" and shall include the following title on the front of the package, "General Contractor SOPQ for the Hell Hole reservoir Boat Ramp Parking and Worker Campground Improvement Projects." The G-SOPQ package is specific to the boat ramp parking and worker campground projects and is not a qualification for performing other Agency projects or Agency projects in general.
