The project will consist of labor, equipment, and materials to upgrade the Merced Community Resiliency Center Project at the Merced County Fair. Merced Pavilion` Complete reroofing, upper and lower areas, and necessary associated repairs. Replacement ofroofing system (Asphalt shingles at lower roof, single-ply roofing membrane at upper roof, and associated roofing components, gutters, and downspouts). Replace roughly 10% of deteriorated and damaged wood members (i.e., fascia, roof framing, sheathing). Demolition of existing material. Addition ofroofinsulation per Title 24. Upgrade, repair, and/or replacement of damaged eave soffit. Removal offire sprinkler piping and sprinkler heads attached to scope areas or structures and replaced with new pipe and sprinkler heads. As needed, and shall be covered by CCA contingency. Lifting and reinstallation of existing rooftop equipment (i.e., mechanical, plumbing, and electrical equipment). Replacement ofthe existing exterior siding system at the upper roof. Replace two feet of diagonal sheathing at the building perimeter. Replace 10% ofthe upper wall and exterior wall framing. Provide an outdoor 120/208 volt, 3-phase manual switch (MTS) for portable emergency power generator connectivity. Removal ofHazMat material from the existing roofwill be provided by CCA and, therefore, excluded from this scoping letter. Provide all new ductwork distribution in all spaces. Provide new wall insulation for Title 24 Upgrade. Provide a new gas line for the HV AC system. Remove/ Replace/ Patch exterior glazing. Provide a mini-split DX heat pump unit with a wall-mounted fan coil and groundmounted outdoor condenser for the electrical room. Provide roof-mounted exhaust fans and intake louvers for all restroom and janitorial spaces. Repair and seal/flash roof and wall penetrations at the addition of any mechanical or air distribution equipment. Patch and/or paint at roof and wall penetrations at the removal of any mechanical or air distribution equipment. Repair and/or replacement of damaged wood trim. Installation ofthe weep screed at the bottom ofthe wall around the perimeter ofthe building. Repair and/or replacement of damaged rain leaders. Remove and replace existing lighting. Remove the existing suspended ceiling system, no replacement. Open ceiling to the existing roof. Provide an outdoor 120/208 volt, three-phase manual switch (MTS) for portable emergency power generator connectivity.
