Renovation of a water / sewer project in Victor, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Provide all equipment and incidentals required to provide a wastewater anaerobic digester heat exchanger and all necessary accessories as specified herein, or as required for complete and intended operation. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids will not be answered. The Village of Victor is replacing the sludge heater exhanger at the Wastewater Treatment Plant. This bid is for the purpose of procuring a new heat exchanger. Separate sealed Bids will be received for: Material Bid Bids shall be on a Lump Sum basis as indicated in the Bid Form. The Village of Victor, Ontario County, New York, reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to waive any informalities, or to make an award to other than the low bidder. It further reserves the right to limit the amount of the award. The Village of Victor does not discriminate on the basis of handicapped status in admission or access to, or treatment or employment in, its programs and activities. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
