Renovation and addition to a water / sewer project in Dayton, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for the addition of a water / sewer project.
The Work includes process improvements and asset replacements for several of the sand filtration facility assets. This Project includes process, high service pump, structural, HVAC and electrical improvements at the sand filtration plant. It also includes SCADA upgrades at the membrane facility and the addition of a generator and automatic transfer switch. Engineer's Estimate (Base Bid): $8,960,000. Engineer's Estimate (Bid Alternative No. 1): $440,000. Any Contract or Contract's to be awarded are expected to be funded with the assistance from the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency Water Supply Revolving Loan Account and is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. This procurement is subject to the EPA policy of encouraging the participation of small business in rural areas (SBRAs). The City reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all Bids. Question Deadline 10/31/2025
