Site work for a water / sewer project in Morton, Mississippi. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The project shall include the replacement and or repair of chain link fence at the two elevated water tank sites for the Town of Polkville, Mississippi. Installation shall conform to all codes and standards and the material manufacturer's instructions and shall include all features and materials for proper installation. All replaced fencing materials shall be removed from the project site. Written quotes are required for water tank chain link fence repairs and related items. Each Bidder must have a Certificate of Responsibility for public projects above $50,000 or private projects above $100,000 as required by Mississippi law. The certificate number and expiration date, or a statement certifying that the bid does not exceed the specified amount, must be displayed on the outside of the bid envelope. Bids must remain valid for sixty days after opening unless the Owner gives consent. The Contractor must conform to Mississippi Municipal and County Water Infrastructure Grant requirements. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all quotes, to waive informalities, and to accept the most favorable proposal.
