Renovation of an educational facility in Grass Valley, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The modernization project includes improvements to the boys' and girls' locker rooms at both Nevada Union and Bear River High School. Work consists of updating fixtures, finishes, and layouts to improve functionality and meet current standards. Selected walls will be reconfigured to improve space use, and new plumbing fixtures will be installed. In addition, student and staff restrooms across each campus will be upgraded, with scope including fixture replacement, minor wall adjustments, and sewer line repairs where needed. This bid does not include procurement of the lockers, please see the separate project for that early procurement package. Construction is expected to take place from April 2026 to October 2026 Bid Form: The bid form must be submitted along with your detailed proposal. Pricing must be broken out by section and then by project site. This project requires the use of a skilled and trained workforce under Education Code section 17407.5 and Public Contract Code section 2601. Education Code Section 17407.5 requires the use of a skilled and trained workforce, as defined by Public Contract Code section 2601, by subcontractors at every tier, to perform work which falls within an apprentice able occupation in the building and construction trades. Verification of compliance must be submitted on a monthly basis. ALL bids will be received at the Landmark main office via email at frontdesk@landmarkconst.net. No exceptions
