The Department of Natural Resources (DNR), Alaska Mental Health Trust Land Office is soliciting competitive quotes for site inspection, trespass remediation, and trash clean up services at The Alaska Mental Health Trust Authority building and the surrounding property. 1. On or around the 5th and 20 of each month the vendor shall: Walk the entire property to clean the land of trash and debris. All trash and debris will be hauled away to the municipal landfill or other appropriate site. Take photos of any established camps and provide the camp's location to the TLO. During the next site visit after a camp is identified, post "No Camping, No Dumping" signs if necessary. "No Camping, No Dumping" signs will be provided by the TLO. A summary of work will be provided to the TLO along with photos of work completed following every visit. The contract term shall be for a period of three years beginning 11/3/2025 (estimated date) through 10/2/2028 (final date determined at the time of a fully executed copy). DNR may enter into a month-to-month holdover extension, prior to the expiration of the contract term. All exercised month-to-month holdover extensions shall be executed via written amendment to the contract. DNR will provide the Contractor with written notice 30 calendar days prior to cancellation of any month-to-month holdover extension. The total cumulative dollar amount of each month-to-month holdover extension shall not exceed the unanticipated amendment limitations stated in Alaska Administrative Manual 81.700. All other terms and conditions specified by the contract shall remain the same during any month-to-month holdover extension period. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 1) Business must be licensed and bonded. 2) The bidder must not have had a contract terminated for cause by the State within the last three years. Contract prices are to remain firm throughout the duration of the contract and any extension or renewal of the contract, unless authorized in writing by DNR. Total contract cost for the three-year term is NOT TO EXCEED $50,000.00
