Rock Creek Public Sewer District is seeking bids for the removal, transportation, and disposal of sludge from its Kimmswick Wastewater Treatment Facility. Sludge must be properly land applied or injected, hauled to Liquid Environmental Solutions in St. Louis, or disposed of at another facility authorized by Rock Creek Public Sewer District. The successful bidder must provide proper documentation for the transportation and disposal of sludge as required by law. Bids must be submitted on a price per gallon basis. Sealed bids must be received no later than 10:00 a.m. (local time) on Wednesday, December 10th, 2025. Bids must be marked “SLUDGE REMOVAL BID” in the lower left-hand corner of the envelope. The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, waive any informality, and may award the bid to the company or companies that in the sole discretion of the District best meets its needs.
