Contract for Maintenance Painting of Apartments at Webster Houses Consolidation, located in the Bronx Neighborhood (BX06), Bronx. Bidders must prequalify as an "Approved Supplier" via the NYCHA-Paint Pre-Qualification List and appear on the active approved vendor list. The contract term is three years, with the option to extend for up to two one-year renewals at NYCHA's sole discretion. Only one requirement contract in this bid series will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible individual contractor, subject to the award-limiting language described. Depending on the Contractor's Bid Adjustment Factor, enrollment of Authority residents as apprentices may be required, in accordance with the Apprenticeship Program. Section 3 REO & OEO Plans and the M/WBE Utilization Plan & Waiver must be submitted via eComply; these documents should not be included within the bid submission via iSupplier.
