Reconstruction of infrastructure: This work includes the repair of underground infrastructure (sanitary sewers, storm drains and water supply) as well as the reconstruction of surface infrastructure (sidewalks, curbs, roadways, green islands, etc.) in the central sector-city of Saint-Hyacinthe. b. Modernization of the Bibeau pumping station: This work includes the installation and commissioning of a very large capacity submersible pump in the existing station, as well as related work in process mechanics, instrumentation and control, electricity, and structural modifications of the building.
