Project Scope of Work: This project consists of removing and replacing 4,161 linear feet of full-depth pavement along Hubbard Drive and 350 linear feet of full-depth pavement along Larry Drive; street and driveway pavement removal and replacement along Hubbard Drive; 4,800 square feet of concrete trail removal and replacement on Hubbard Drive; 700 linear feet of channel excavation; 3,064 linear feet of storm pipe and 400 linear feet of concrete box; 17 curb inlets along Hubbard Drive and Larry Drive; one 6'x3' box culvert; installing an additional 48-inch concrete pipe culvert crossing at Dunford Drive and associated headwalls; one 16-inch inserta valve along Hubbard Drive; connections to the city's existing 16-inch water line and extending 8-inch water service lines to properties on the North and South sides of Hubbard Drive; lowering 50 linear feet of 16-inch water line; raising 350 linear feet of 16-inch water line at Dunford Drive; associated traffic control, roadway striping, and erosion control. Instructions to Bidders: A Bidder's Bond, or a Certified or Cashier's Check in an amount not less than 5% of the total bid shall accompany each bid as a guarantee that, if awarded the contract, the bidder will promptly enter into contract with the City of Heath, Texas. No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty days after the actual date of the bid opening. The City of Heath reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
