Sealed bids are requested for the New Harmon Field Park. Contract documents are prepared by Freytag and Associates, Inc. Bid Security in the form of a certified check, cashiers check, letter of credit, or surety company bond pursuant to Chapter 1305 of the Ohio Revised Code must accompany each bid. The bid must include prevailing wage rates. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, superintendence, materials, plant, power, light, heat, fuel, water, tools, appliances, equipment, supplies, and other means of construction necessary or proper for performing and completing the work included in the Contract. He shall obtain and pay for all required permits. He shall perform and complete the work in the manner best calculated to promote rapid construction consistent with safety of life and property and to the satisfaction of the Engineer, and in strict accordance with the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall clean up the work and maintain it during and after construction, until accepted, and shall do all work and pay all costs incidental thereto. He shall repair or restore all structures and property that may be damaged or disturbed during performance of the work.
