Sealed proposals are sought for Excavation Improvements, Paving Improvements, and Utility Improvements for Reunion, Phase 2 for Rolling V Ranch Water Control and Improvement District No. 1 of Wise County, Texas. The scope of work includes all excavation, paving, and utility improvements for Reunion, Phase 2. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified or cashier's check, acceptable to the Owner, in an amount not less than two percent of the total bid. The successful bidder is required to enter into the contract documents and execute the necessary bonds and provide required insurance certificates and bonds within seven days after receipt of the contract documents. If a certified or cashier's check is provided, the original must be delivered to the bid opening address within one business day of the bid opening. Bid documents may be examined and purchased for a non-refundable fee, and bids may be submitted electronically according to specified electronic bidding rules. By submitting a bid, the bidder acknowledges and accepts the use of electronic signatures in accordance with the Owner's Electronic Signature Rules for Construction Contracts. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any defects or irregularities except the time for submitting a bid. The successful bidder will be determined by the Board as the most advantageous to the District and the best and most economical completion of the project.
