Demolition, site work and new construction of an educational facility in Jamison, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a one-story above grade educational facility.
Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents via Online no later than Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at 5:00 PM. Sealed bids are invited under the terms and conditions contained within the contract documents for the MBIT Greenhouse Replacement Project at 2740 York Road, Jamison, PA, for the Middle Bucks Institute of Technology. Bids are invited on a lump sum basis for General Construction. Bids must be submitted electronically via the PennBid Program by 2:00 PM on the specified due date. All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond from an acceptable surety company or a certified check in an amount equal to 10% of the total proposal. If a check is used, it must be delivered in a sealed envelope marked with the bidder's name, project name, contract name, and bid opening date. Bids must remain in force for sixty (60) days after the bid opening. The successful bidder will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds each in amounts equal to 100% of the contract price. The project is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Questions regarding the solicitation shall be submitted via the PennBid platform. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the project site. The undersigned reserves the right to waive informalities in or reject any or all proposals or parts thereof.
