Sunset High School Mechanical Replacement Pence Contractors is requesting RFP responses for Design/Assist Mechanical and Electrical for the Sunset High School Mechanical Replacement project in Beaverton, OR. This project consists of upgrading or replacing many of the existing mechanical systems that have exceeded their expected useful life. Please refer to the Proposed Facility Improvements Document (Exhibit A) in the plans room for a detailed narrative.
