French Azilum, Inc. reserves the right to remove any item from the project scope in the base bid form to ensure the project remains within the budget. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates apply to this project. Including them in the bid form pricing is required. In cases where they conflict the greater cost prevails. French Azilum, Inc. reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any technical defects and irregularities.
