Owner , Kansas (Sponsor) is hereby soliciting Statements of Qualification (SOQ) from qualified consultants to perform airfield planning projects that are anticipated to occur within the next five years at the City Regional Airport (DDC). Subject to receipt of Federal funding under the FAA Airport Improvement Plan (AIP) and/or State funding, these projects may include the following: 1. Airport Layout Plan Update with a focused narrative 2. Aeronautical (Obstruction) Survey 3. Exhibit 'A' Property Map 4. Obstruction Action Plan 5. Environmental Studies Bid Date Notes: Statements received after this deadline will not be considered. Submittals will become the property of the Sponsor. Statements are to be provided in a package marked with "Airport Statement of Qualifications" in the lower left-hand corner and the sender's name and address in the upper left-hand corner. Please make the email subject line: "Airport Statement of Qualifications" and request delivery/read receipts to confirm it was received on time. Question Deadline 10/23/2025 at 5:00 PM CT All questions must be submitted via email to Corey Keller at (620) 225-8170 or coreyk@dodgecity.org. Answers will be sent via reply email no later than 5:00 p.m. on October 30, 2025. These projects have been developed from the Sponsor's Airport Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) prepared with assistance from Burns & McDonnell Engineering. A report of CIP data will be made available upon request. The required services may include, but are not limited to, airport planning, aeronautical surveys, boundary surveys, topographical surveys, and environmental analysis and field research related to the airport planning or environmental process. The Sponsor intends to shortlist up to three (3) of the highest-rated firms based on the submittals and conduct phone, informal, and/or formal interviews. The Sponsor also reserves the right to select from SOQ submittals. The Sponsor reserves the right to reject any and/or all Statements. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
