Site work for an educational facility in Buffalo, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
The University at Buffalo has developed interior signage standards and requirements to ensure that signage installed in all buildings located at the North, South and Downtown Campuses is consistent in style, color, and quality and in compliance with all Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements. The aforementioned standards and requirements are included herein and shall be strictly adhered to by the Contractor and the University in order to maintain such consistency in our interior signage moving forward. Bidders must be able to submit pricing for ASI brand interior signage or University approved products in order to maintain such consistency in materials, colors, fonts, etc. The University shall have the final decision as to making award based on non-ASI "University approved equivalent" submittals. Contractor shall be responsible for providing University Project Managers with consulting and design services, manufacturing, delivery and optional installation of interior signage on a project-by-project basis throughout the term of this contract. All costs associated with delivery shall be absorbed into the line item costs in the "material" section included on Attachment A: Pricing Page. The University may request installation and repair services, the cost of which shall be based on hourly rates noted on Attachment A: Pricing Page. The University reserves the right to have interior signage installation and repair services provided by others. Refer to Attachment B: Drawings, which include all manufacturing information including UB Interior Signage Standards. All colors used in the manufacture of the University's interior signage shall be exactly as listed in Attachment B: UB Interior Signage Standards. All colors are standard Pantone Matching System (PMS) colors.
