Demolition, site work and new construction of an educational facility in Jacksonville, Florida. Working plans call for the demolition of a one-story above grade educational facility.
Demolition is planned to begin in February 2026. The original solicitation follows below. ________________________________________________________________ The existing Hogan Spring Glen Elementary School will be demolished and replaced on-site at 6736 Beach Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32216 with a prototype school that will have a capacity of approximately 890 students. Site improvements for the new school will include parking, playfields, and playgrounds. The Construction Manager shall provide design review, construction cost estimating, and all preconstruction phase services necessary to establish a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for the project.
