Bidders are to submit one clearly marked copy of their bid proposal labeled 'Emergency Generator Inspection and Maintenance Services Sealed Bid –Bid No. 25-50.' Council Rock School District reserves the right to reject any or all bid proposals submitted and notes that no agreement is formed unless a written agreement is executed subsequently in a form substantially similar to the Independent Contractor Agreement set forth and signed by the President of the Board of the Council Rock School District.
