This RFLOI is to solicit responses (LETTERS of INTEREST, or LOIs) from qualified firms to provide professional consulting services The City of Hickory is seeking proposals for Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) services for two multi-use trail projects. The first project (BL-0067) involves CEI services for the construction of a multi-use trail from 17th Street NW Extension west along Clement Blvd to 19th Street Lane NW, then north along 19th Street Lane NW to connect with the Aviation Walk Multi-Use Trail, covering approximately 0.25 miles. The second project (BL-0115) requires CEI services for the construction of a multi-use trail from the Aviation Walk Connector Multi-Use Trail to the new Hickory Aviation Museum, beginning at the western edge of the Aviation Walk Connector on Clement Blvd, proceeding west along Clement Blvd to 21st Street NW, then south on 21st Street NW to the future entrance of the Aviation Museum at 9th Avenue Drive NW, covering approximately 0.31 miles. Firms or teams must be pre-qualified by the North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) to perform the required work codes (Roadway and Structures Construction Engineering & Inspection), and these codes must be listed on the respective RS-2 forms. This RFLOI is to solicit responses (LETTERS of INTEREST, or LOIs) from qualified firms to provide professional consulting services
