The project includes a general construction contract for the capital improvements on the pole campus for the delaware-chenango-madison-otsego boces. Each bidder must deposit, with his bid, security in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the instructions to bidders.
