Site work for a water / sewer project in Pyatt, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The project consists of the construction of the Highway 235 Water Main Relocation (ARDOT Job No. 090642) to serve the Town of Pyatt. The work includes approximately 1,600 linear feet of 4-inch diameter PVC water main, all necessary gate valves, hydrants, directional boring, split encasement, open-cut encasement for highway crossings, driveway crossings, connection to existing water mains, and all related accessories. This project is subject to the requirements of the Build America Buy America Act and the American Iron and Steel Act, and must meet all related requirements. Bidders must comply with terms and conditions of the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission, Disadvantaged, Minority and Women Business Enterprise (DBE/MBE/WBE) requirements, Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2014 including "American Iron and Steel (AIS)" requirement, Build America Buy America Act (BABA) requirements, labor standards, equal employment opportunity, and prohibition on certain telecommunication and video surveillance services or equipment provisions. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Bidders may not withdraw their bids within sixty days after the date of bid opening and must provide bid bonds as required. All bidding processes shall be in accordance with State law.
