Description: The project consists of repairing the entrances to 50 townhouses in 9 separate buildings. Briefly, the work includes the demolition and reconstruction of existing steps and the addition of guardrails at some access stairs. Client: CHJM, 150 Ontario Street East, Montreal Qc, H2X 1H1, phone: 514 872-1221. The CHJM does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the submissions received and reserves the right to accept a submission in whole or in part.
