The City of Germantown is requesting the submittal of a REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) from qualified PROPOSERS interested in providing as needed/on-call repairs and routine maintenance as scheduled for the proposed WELLS AND HIGH SERVICE PUMPS MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS (T.C.A. 12-3-101 et seq., T.C.A. 12-3-2002 et seq., and City of Germantown, TN Ord. No. 2007-21, 1, 2, 1-14-08 - Sec.2-338. Competitive Sealed Proposals.) You are invited to submit a Proposal. Please structure your Proposal in accordance with the requirements and specifications outlined in this Request For Proposal. Any deviations, additions or deletions should be so noted. Your Proposal should address the issues and requirements in order as outlined on the following pages. One (1) Digital copy of your Proposal and any supporting documentation must be received. Written clarification requests must be submitted no later than NOVEMBER 24, 2025.
