Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Columbia, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.

Remove and dispose of existing Trane unit 3. Install new 10 ton Trane package unit or equal (Trane, Carrier, or American Standard only) 4. Fabricate and tie into existing ductwork 5. Use existing electrical 6. Start up and check operation D. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS / OBJECTIVES: 1. NEW 30 ton HVAC unit shall be Carrier, Train, or American Standard brands ONLY. New unit shall be equivalent or superior to the existing units being replaced. 2. Programming of the control module shall be the responsibility of the awarded contractor and included in the proposed price. 3. Contractor shall provide bid bond equal to at least 5% of the contract price. Include bid bond pricing as separate line item. 4. Contractor shall provide performance and payment bond equal to at least 100% of the contract price. Include bid bond pricing as separate line item 5. Contractor shall remove and dispose of the existing HVAC unit to be replaced
