Site work for a water / sewer project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Scope of Project: Work includes removal and replacement of the existing gas chlorination system with a liquid chemical pump system including double-walled chemical storage tanks, construction of concrete pad with canopy and drain line, and electrical work including modifications to the motor control center to integrate the new chemical feed system into the water plant controls. Bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened. A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 2% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Contractor is required to submit TEC Form 1295 (Certificate of Interested Parties) with their bid.
