Installation/relocation of all impacted underground utilities (storm sewer, sanitary sewer, water main), installation of the far upstream and downstream reinforced concrete box culverts (RCBC) and headwalls, Soil Erosion/Sediment Control measures, and all necessary restoration. Phase 2: Installation of the remaining proposed reinforced concrete box culverts (RCBC) and headwalls, proposed creek grading and appurtenances for stabilization, Soil Erosion/Sediment Control measures, and all necessary restoration. Phase 1 Substantial Completion Date shall be August 1, 2026. Substantial Completion shall be defined as all work being completed from the St. Andrews Lane Culvert through Station 214+00, including all final grading, pavement restoration and striping, concrete, asphalt, and erosion control measures, as well as the Lakewood Storm Sewer re-routing (Station 214+00 to Station 219+00). Phase 1 Final Completion Date shall be August 28, 2026, which shall be defined as all work being completed from Station 214+00 to the Highland Avenue Culvert, including all punchlist items. Phase 2 Substantial Completion Date shall be August 7, 2027. Substantial Completion shall be defined as all culvert installation, underground, concrete, asphalt, final grading, creek fine grading and seeding, stabilization, pavement restoration, and erosion control measures. Phase 2 Final Completion Date shall be September 3, 2027, which shall be defined as all fence and gate installation, trees and shrubs, removal of erosion control measures, stabilization/restoration of stockpile areas, site cleanup, and punchlist items.
