**As of January 06, 2026, the project was awarded to Superior Equipment & Supply CO, with an awarded amount of $289,231.14.** The Muscogee County School District wishes to award a contract for the purchase and installation of serving line equipment for various schools. Specifications for the equipment are detailed in the bid document. October 13, 2025 - Deadline for Written Questions Coordination: Successful vendor shall liaison with the School Nutrition Program to schedule deliveries, installations, and where necessary, removal of old equipment. A site visit may be required to verify all site conditions which include, but are not limited to, measurements, electrical, and plumbing connections. Under no circumstances shall any delivery be attempted before proper clearance has been obtained. The School Nutrition Program representative will coordinate all deliveries with the awarded vendor. The vendor shall install the new equipment and remove the old equipment on on the same day to minimize interruption of normal cafeteria operation. After disconnecting existing old equipment, the successful bidder shall be responsible for transporting and unloading items at a designated district location. Under no condition is the vendor to use any bin or trash container on the school's site to dispose of such items.
