Under this Contract, the Contractor shall furnish all materials, appliances, tools, equipment, transportation, services, and all labor and superintendence necessary for construction of the work as described in these Specifications and as shown on the Contract Drawings. The completed installation shall not lack any part which can be reasonably implied as necessary to its proper functioning nor any subsidiary item which is customarily furnished, and the Contractor shall deliver the installation to the OWNER in operating condition. 2. Work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to, the following a. Removal of existing Manual Transfer Switch at WWTP and Replacement with Automatic Transfer Switch. b. Removal of existing Surge Protection Device at Lift Station No. 1 and Replacement with Automatic Transfer Switch. c. Addition of Diesel Generator at Lift Station No. 1. d. Site Clean Up. Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: removal of existing manual transfer switch at WWTP and replacement with an automatic transfer switch, removal of existing surge protection device at lift station no. 1 and replacement with an automatic transfer switch, addition of diesel generator at lift station no. 1, and site clean up.
