Renovation of a theater / auditorium in Middletown, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade theater / auditorium.
Sealed bids are requested for the renovation of the Paramount Theater Attic Space. The project consists of various structural safety upgrades throughout the attic space and the path to access the space. These upgrades include adding guardrails, constructing a new steel stair unit to access the space, and installing fall restraint strong points within the space. Bids are for a single-prime contract and shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis with additive or deductive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Proposal Form. Only contract documents obtained via the designated email contact are considered valid for bidding. Bid security must be provided as outlined, and the successful bidder will need to furnish performance and labor and material payment bonds at 100% of the contract amount. Bidders must comply with federal and state non-discrimination and employment requirements, provide a Statement of Non-Collusion, and acknowledge tax exemption status for specified materials and supplies. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities. QA date - 11-6-2025 12:00 PM questions shall be submitted in writing via email to Nadia.itani@kci.com .
