Site work for a water / sewer project in Epping, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
**As of November 18, 2025, bids were rejected. No definite date for the rebid.** Separate sealed bids are requested for the construction of Hoar Pond Wellfield Improvements for the Town of Epping, NH. The bid proposal that enables the project to be completed within the available budget and results in completion on a schedule and in a manner considered best for the Town will be selected for award. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and the cost of preparing a bid is the sole responsibility of the bidder. Liquidated damages are set at $1500 for each calendar day of delay from the established dates for substantial and final completion. No bid bond is required. The successful bidder must provide 100% performance and payment bonds in a form acceptable to the Town upon contract execution. The project will be funded entirely by local funds. General contractors must obtain a set of contract documents from Underwood Engineers, Inc. to be qualified to submit a bid. The last day to submit questions is Tuesday, May 12th, 2026 The final Addenda will be issued on or before Thursday, May 14th, 2026 The Engineer's Opinion of Cost for the base bid is $350,000
