The Work is to include furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment, and performing all work necessary for the construction of a proposed 0.5 million gallon composite elevated storage tank and 2.0 million gallon elevated storage tank, and all associated piping, paving, electrical work, SCADA integration, and grading as detailed in the Construction Plans and Specifications. The proposed 0.5 million gallon elevated storage tank is located on the south side of Elevon Parkway, east of North State Highway 78 in Lavon, Collin County, TX. The proposed 2.0 million gallon elevated storage tank is located on the east side of County Road 484, north of County Road 483 in Lavon, Collin County, TX. Question Deadline 11/14/2025 at 5:00 PM CT After that day and time, no questions will be answered by the Engineer or Owner. Pre-qualification of bidders is not required with the bid. The SUCCESSFUL BIDDER will be required to fill out the included qualification statement of bidders form.
