Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Denison, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Work is to include furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment, and performing all work necessary for the construction of a proposed 0.5 million gallon composite elevated storage tank and 2.0 million gallon elevated storage tank, and all associated piping, paving, electrical work, SCADA integration, and grading as detailed in the Construction Plans and Specifications. The proposed 0.5 million gallon elevated storage tank is located on the south side of Elevon Parkway, east of North State Highway 78 in Lavon, Collin County, TX. The proposed 2.0 million gallon elevated storage tank is located on the east side of County Road 484, north of County Road 483 in Lavon, Collin County, TX. Question Deadline 11/14/2025 at 5:00 PM CT After that day and time, no questions will be answered by the Engineer or Owner. Pre-qualification of bidders is not required with the bid. The SUCCESSFUL BIDDER will be required to fill out the included qualification statement of bidders form. Bids shall be accompanied by a cashierís check or certified check from a national or state bank in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total maximum bid price, payable without recourse to ìGREATER TEXOMA UTILITY AUTHORITY on behalf of Bear Creek Special Utility Districtî, or an original bid bond in the same amount from a surety company licensed by the State of Texas to act as a Surety and listed on the current U.S. Treasury Listing of Approved Sureties, or a Binder of Insurance executed by a surety company licensed by the State of Texas to act as a surety or its authorized agent as a guarantee that the respondent will enter into a contract and execute a Performance Bond within ten (10) days after notice of award of contract to respondent. All biddersí security will be retained until a contract has been awarded and executed. The Owner reserves the right to accept the bid which, in its judgment provides the most value to the Owner; to reject any or all bids; and to waive irregularities or informalities in any bid received, deemed to be in the best interest of the Owner. Conditional or qualified bids will not be accepted. In case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in stating prices in the bid, the Owner reserves the right to accept the most advantageous construction thereof to the Owner or to reject the bid. No officer or employee of the Owner shall have a financial interest, direct or indirect, in any contract with the Owner.
