Remodeling of a recreation facility in Wilmington, Delaware. Completed plans call for the remodel of a one-story above grade recreation facility.
The project consists of demolishing the existing tile and slab around the indoor pool, demolishing selective miscellaneous items, demolishing selective mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) components, infilling the existing pool, pouring a new slab, installing a new basketball court and equipment, installing a turf workout area, installing new lighting and selective MEP, and installing new acoustical and drywall ceiling clouds. Bids will be received for a single prime contract on a lump sum basis per each scope package, and contractors may bid on multiple scopes of work using respective RFP forms. Bid envelopes are to be clearly marked for the H. Fletcher Brown Boys and Girls Club Pool Infill & Interior Fitout. The required work hours are from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
