Site work for a mixed-use development in Saint Louis, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a golf course; and water / sewer project.
The project is an existing 8 acre +/-site located at 8211 Groby Road University City, MO 63132. The project consists of the restoration of an existing detention basin, regarding and mechanical rock picking at the existing driving range with dirt already on site. Adding soil amendments, storm sewers, irrigation, sod and a delegated design modular block retaining wall. The project is anticipated to be awarded by mid-October 2026, be ready for sod by 3/31/27 and substantially complete by 5/27/27. Bidders shall request clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents by making a written request to the Civil Engineer. Such requests must be received by the Civil Engineer, Horner & Shifrin, Inc., no later than September 11 , 2026 at COB to best ensure that the request can be addressed and disseminated to potential Bidders prior to the receipt of Bids.
