The Hopkinsville Water Environment Authority (HWEA) hereby gives notice that sealed Statements of Qualifications will be received for the planning and design of a new 2 million gallon day sewage pumping station, including force main, collector sewers, and associated appurtenances, in Pembroke, Kentucky. HWEA is an Equal Opportunity Employer. HWEA reserves the right to cancel the RFQ or to reject any and all submittals, and to waive any informalities in submitting. HWEA will make first attempt to negotiate a fair and equitable Agreement with the highest ranking firm.
