TMC Transit Center - Pedestrian Bridge Rehabilitation | SB Goal:35% Questions Due Date Online Portal Questions Due Date: Nov 4th 2025, 5:00 PM CST METRO is seeking proposals from qualified Proposers to provide services for construction of the TMC Transit Center - Pedestrian Bridge Rehabilitation. METRO invites firms to submit a Proposal in response to this CSP as generally described in the Scope of Services, Exhibit A of this solicitation. Capitalized terms not separately defined elsewhere in this CSP have the meanings assigned in Section III, Article 1 (Definitions). 2. This document is comprised of multiple Sections providing information regarding the Proposal process and a proposed contract. The proposed contract is made available so Proposers may understand the contemplated terms and conditions of any resulting contract. If a Proposer takes exception to the CSP (including the terms and conditions of the proposed contract), Proposer may request METRO to modify the CSP only through the question-and-answer process as described in Section I, Article 1. The Scope of Work for the Project shall consist of providing all supplies, support services, data, labor, tools, materials, equipment, supervision, construction and all else required to prepare the site and rehabilitate the TMC Transit Center pedestrian bridge. This shall include any associated architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing to facilitate the pedestrian bridge upgrades at the Texas Medical Center Transit Center (TMC TC) located at 6950 1/2 Fannin, Houston, TX 77030.
