Reference Number 0000401395 Question Deadline 10/28/2025 at 12:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online No Purchase Type Term: 01/01/2026 12:00 AM EST - 12/31/2026 12:00 AM EST General Requirements - Certified Payroll - Insurance Required - Prevailing Wage Required Award Requirements - All or None Award It is the intent of these specifications to secure services from a vendor for Preventative maintenance and service on the Warren County Communications equipment set forth in the "Detailed Equipment Specifications" on pages 8-10, for the term specified. Service shall consist of all labor and the first $250 in parts necessary to maintain the listed radio equipment in working and all non-radio equipment in working order to manufacturers' specifications and maintained and adjusted to perform its intended function. Parts cost above the $250 deductible will be paid by the County. Contract includes labor and any costs to send and return any equipment currently under factory warranty to factory for repair and re-install. Preventative maintenance shall consist of semi-annual inspections of base radios and related network equipment located at each site as listed in "Detailed Equipment Specifications" on pages 8-10. The units will be tested for basic operability and any repairs or adjustments needed to bring them back to within manufacturer's specifications. Base stations with built-in monitoring capability may be tested remotely. A written report of each inspection or repair listed above shall be completed and filed with the County's representative, including County identification, brand, model, and serial number. Portable and mobile 2-way radio equipment not included in "Detailed Equipment Specifications" may be repaired under this contract at the hourly rates (or markups for factory service) as quoted in the proposal (this includes all departments of Warren County). The scope of services will also include troubleshooting, repair, reprogramming and reconfiguration, as necessary to the Ethernet "backhaul" network consisting of microwave, private fiber, T1 and public fiber links. Bidder will have the capability to obtain factory service and manufacturers technical assistance for the microwave radio equipment as well as network and associated equipment in the County communications system. Bidders will have technicians on staff or available by subcontract to handle microwave radio repairs as well as network maintenance (including network troubleshooting, router and switch programming, and related tasks) with such work included in the Contract. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids, waive any informalities in any bids, readvertise for new bids and/or otherwise accept any considered advantage to Warren County to the extent such is allowed under law.
