This Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit a buyer and developer for two parcels owned by Milwaukee County, 4902 S. Packard Ave. and 4910-12 S. Packard Ave., Cudahy, Wisconsin (See Parcel Report and Survey Plat, Attachment A). These two properties are on the same block, separated by one parcel, 4906 S. Packard Ave., which is currently owned by the City of Cudahy and is also available for purchase and development by the City of Cudahy. Proposers are encouraged to propose a joint purchase and development plan for both County properties and the City property as a whole. 4902 S. Packard Ave., referred to in this proposal as Property 1, is approximately 0.10 acres ("Property 1"). 4910-12 S. Packard Ave., referred to in this proposal as Property 2, is 0.12 acres ("Property 2"). The property owned by the City of Cudahy, 4906 S. Packard Ave., which is not a subject of this RFP, is approximately 0.08 acres ("City Property"). The total land of the three parcels combined is approximately 0.3 acres. 4902 S. Packard Ave. and 4910-12 S. Packard Ave. are in downtown Cudahy with frontage along Packard Avenue. Both Properties are vacant. Both are currently zoned B-3 - Central Business District by the City of Cudahy.
