Upgrades and repairs to the city road infrastructure. The scope of the project includes the extension of Joubert Avenue infrastructure (roads, drainage, sanitary sewer, aqueduct, lighting, and landscaping) as well as the construction of a whistle-free railway crossing over the CN level crossing. The extension will connect the section built in 2025-2026 during Phase 1 to Montcalm Boulevard North. TIMELINE: The owner is currently requesting proposals from engineering professional consulting firms for the preparation of the project design and construction work monitoring.
