FAY-310-2.41 PID No. N/A Fayette County Fayette County is requesting Letters of Interest for Construction Inspection and Construction Administration for the construction of the extension of Bluegrass Boulevard (CR 310) from the existing roundabout with Innovation Way to State Route 729. Project length is approximately 1.40 miles and within Jefferson Township, Fayette County, Ohio. Road is a two-lane roadway (with room for an additional lane on each side, 140 right of way), with paved berms, ditching, underdrains, guardrail, drainage, lighting, 48’x10’ concrete arch bridge and landscaping. Project includes a roundabout at State Route 729 along with 6000 lineal feet of 16 diameter waterline and 8000 lineal feet of 18” diameter sanitary sewer extensions. Estimated Construction Cost: $19,000,000.00 We are tentatively scheduled to open bids in November 2025 and Notice To Proceed to go out in December of 2025. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
