The City of Goldsboro Parks & Recreation Department, Herman Park, Park House, located at 900 Park Ave, Goldsboro, NC 27530. b. The project consists of exterior work including pressure washing, replacing rotten siding, demolition and replacing portions of the porch, reglazing and repairing windows, repairing rodent holes, replacing doors and jams, caulking and painting the building, and interior work including replacing a circulation fan, painting entire interior, installing LVP flooring and quarter round. The contractor will be responsible for conducting the repairs in accordance with the scope of work provided. 2. EXTENT OF WORK a. Provide all labor, material, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the work. b. The contractor shall be fully knowledgeable of all requirements of the contract documents and shall make themselves aware of all job site conditions that will affect their work. c. The contractor shall confirm all given information and advise the building owner, prior to bid, of any conflicts that will affect their cost proposal. d. Project must be completed to the owner's satisfaction, within sixty (60) calendar days after notice to proceed. Work must be continuous until complete. Work will not be allowed on weekends and holidays observed by the City of Goldsboro. Phase 2 Building Interior a. Remove an existing exhaust fan located 24' high & install a new thermostat-controlled exhaust fan wired permanently into the buildings electrical. Use of scaffolding is required. b. Prepare and paint two (2) restroom ceilings with color that matches the existing paint. c. Prepare and paint all interior walls, trim, ceilings, windows & doors. Colors shall match the existing color of the items being painted. d. Install new LVP waterproof flooring & Quarter Round Trim.
