Inquiries Deadline Date & Time (local) 11/7/2025, 2 PM The Kent County Purchasing Division is soliciting bids for the Kent County Parks Department to construct a Pedestrian Bridge on Knapp Street from Grand River Drive to Watercrest Drive. work under this Contract consists of furnishing all materials, tools, and equipment and performing all services and labor required for complete construction of all work shown on the Plans, or specified herein, complete and ready for use. The work shall include removals, excavating, backfilling, compaction, grading, paving, restoration, and all other appurtenant work shown on the Plans and as specified herein. The Project includes construction of a 2,750 feet of pedestrian pathway along the south side of Knapp Street, from Grand River Drive to Watercrest Drive. The pathway consists of 300 feet of bituminous path, 38 sections of prefabricated steel, each roughly 50 feet long, and five prefabricated steel sections, each roughly 110 feet long.
