Site work for a water / sewer project in Lake Mary, Florida. Working plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The City of Sanford is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from entities interested in providing design-build services for improvements to the Main Water Treatment Plant. The purpose of the project is to remove various contaminants including 1,4 Dioxane and PFASs. This multi-phase project will be funded by a State of Florida Revolving Fund loan. The estimated budget for both phases is $48.5 million, though full funding is not yet secured. All submission and selection procedures follow Section 287.055, Florida Statutes (Consultants’ Competitive Negotiation Act). During competitive negotiations, the selected vendor will establish a guaranteed maximum price and a guaranteed completion date. A 5% bid bond and a 100% performance bond are required; construction bond is not required. Shortlist Confirm.
