Construction of Steam Conversion Station and Chilled Water Pipe Relocation Question Cuttoff Date & Time 11/3/2025 12:00:00 PM (ET) Online portal The BWL reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, waive irregularities or technicalities in any Proposal, and accept any Proposal in whole or in part, which in the opinion of the BWL, is in its best interest. The Work shall commence no later than **December 1, 2025**. The Work shall be substantially complete no later than **August 31, 2026**. Final completion- **September 30, 2026**. The Scope of Work includes construction of a new steam to hot water conversion station at the Ottawa Street SCS site, located at Wentworth Park (Grand Avenue & Ottawa Street, Lansing, Michigan 48933). The Work encompasses: - Construction of new steam to hot water conversion station and site - Structural building construction - Internal mechanical systems installation - Utility connections and site utility relocations - Final restoration - Startup and commissioning of the system - All construction, demolition, renovation, and hazardous material removal - Surface restoration The Contractor will be responsible for obtaining and paying for all construction permits and licenses, including any permits from the railroad. The Contractor shall also be responsible for coordinating all required access to lands owned by the City surrounding the Project Site, including but not limited to that owned or occupied by the railroad.
